The Roundhouse Comedy Festival is returning for 2026 with a jam-packed line-up of stand-up, live podcasts and theatrical shows between August 1 and 18.
Back in 2023, the storied Camden venue launched the festival, drawing huge crowds with an impressive line-up of stand-up comics. After taking a break for the last two years, it's back, and bigger than ever, coinciding with Roundhouse’s 20th anniversary as an independent arts space and youth charity.
Big-name headliners include Joe Lycett, Katherine Ryan, recent Last One Laughing star Sam Campbell, Ed Gamble, Sara Pascoe and Vittorio Angelone, alongside solo performances from actor and comedian Kristen Schaal and Jack Rooke (creator of Big Boys). Opening night will also see Frank Skinner headline a Live at the Roundhouse set, joined by Phil Wang, Rosie Jones and Celya AB, and hosted by Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update host Paddy Young.
Mixed-bill stand-up will remain a major part of the festival. Campbell will host a line-up featuring Fern Brady, Desiree Burch and Ayoade Bamgboye, while Gamble tops a bill hosted by Amy Gledhill with Jamali Maddix and Sam Nicoresti. & Friends nights curated by Pascoe and Angelone bring in comics including Harriet Kemsley, Nina Conti, John Kearns, Michael Odewale, Troy Hawke and Janine Harouni.
Live podcast recordings will make up a significant part of the programme, with Adam Buxton bringing his show to Camden alongside Alexei Sayle who will be joined by Motherland and Mandy star Diane Morgan.
Tickets for The Roundhouse Comedy Festival go on presale from April 23, ahead of general sale on Friday April 24.
